At Misha & Puff, we want you to cherish every heirloom piece; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and spare buttons are included to maintain the garment's integrity.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
